The short version
sprintish stores only what it needs to run your timers and show your progress. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and you can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app at any time.
What we collect
- Account details — your email address, or the basic profile (name and email) shared by Google or Apple when you sign in with them.
- Workout content — timer names, rounds, work and rest lengths, training plans, completed sessions, medals and daily check-ins.
- Media you add — wallpapers, audio files and links to music services you choose to connect.
- Health & fitness data — steps, heart rate and readiness, only from devices you explicitly connect (Apple Health). It is used to show your trends and tailor recommendations. It is never sold, shared with advertisers or used for anything else.
- Community posts — anything you choose to publish, plus the display name you pick, visible to other signed-in members.
How it is stored
Your data lives in an encrypted database behind row-level security, meaning your records can only be read by your own signed-in account. A copy is also kept on your device so timers keep working offline. Music service connections use each provider's official sign-in; we never see your password for them.
Your choices
- Disconnect any wearable or music service at any time.
- Delete individual timers, plans, sessions or posts.
- Delete your whole account from Account settings. This removes your profile, synced data and community posts immediately and cannot be undone.
Children
sprintish is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes & contact
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will show a notice in the app. Questions or a data request? Email privacy@sprintish.app.
